Exchange and return policy

- Exchange or refund can be made within three days from the date of purchase. The customer has no right to request an exchange or refund after that.

- Bring the original purchase invoice.

-The product must not have been used unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- Regarding medical devices, the device must first be presented to the maintenance officer to determine its condition.

- Management approval for the exchange or return process will be provided within 3 working days regarding medical devices.

The product can be replaced or returned within three days of purchase and invoice. It cannot be returned after that, after ensuring that it has not been used or that there is no defect in the user’s hand.

The customer bears the shipping cost in the event of an exchange or return, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the order value.

-If the customer requests a refund, the process takes up to seven working days for the amount to be returned to his bank account.

The product replacement process usually takes a maximum of seven days.

For medical devices, the replacement process usually takes 14 business days if the device is not available and a replacement device is requested from the manufacturer.

-If the return policy does not match the Arabic and English languages, the Arabic language is the recognized language.
