How to use:
1. Insert the batteries and connect the electrode wire to the main unit.
2. Cut the electrodes onto the pads.
3. Do not turn on the device until the pads are applied to the skin. It is necessary to use both pads to ensure stimulation works.
4. Before you begin treatment, give your pain a mental rating from 1 to 15. This will help you compare whether the device has helped after treatment.
5. Bandages should be placed on either side of the painful area rather than directly over it. The pad should be placed at least 3 cm apart.
6. Press the power button to start the unit and choose any of the modes from 1 to 9. Massage modes (1 to 3) and pain modes (4 to 9) depending on your pain area.
7. Select the intensity level using the up arrows and choose between 1 and 15.
8. The unit will continue to operate for 15 minutes of treatment and then turn off.
